Critical: QualityAfter looking at a picture of how I wanted my hair, I was told my appointment would take about 4-5 hours to get my desired blonde balayage – which would have been totally okay! After 2 hours, my appointment was complete with still having brown hair on top, and bright purple on the bottom. Although I was told I could come redo my hair in the next 2 weeks, there is no availability. The regional manager was in the salon at the time and assured me that after 8-10 washes, it would come out. Which leaves me wondering why I am still paying $97 – where I still tipped, for a purple hair and brown hair when it is nothing close to the blonde I asked for.My stylist was very sweet and wanted me to come in again if I was not happy – but again, there was no availability in the time frame where it would be able to be “fixed for free.”I left in tears and embarrassment with my purple hair. Very disappointed.Edit: the manager called to try to make things right. The conversation lasted over 15 minutes. Although she did say that they had a lot of availability, there was no appointments that my schedule allowed (which I am not knocking them for this).She repeatedly told me that my experience/review was “ skewed” and that if I updated my review it would be “taken down.” Up until most most recent visit, I have loved this salon and only gone to this location. Critical: PunctualityThey made me make n appointment for the next day and then the next day there is No one there. Not opened at all. So not okay. Don’t schedule appointments if u r not going 2 be open. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have. Its OK great clips got my business from now on.
