Went in to get my hair washed had surgery index finger keep dry.This Katie got my T-shirt wet all in the back didn’t put conditioner on didn’t wash hair right.No towel to rest my neck on thank.God I had long glove on to cover my wound. I have to keep dry. >f I could give this place a 0 would. M anger was there I complained she said she was training. If I was healthy I could wash someone’s hair better. New management high prices horrible service. The good people are gone.

I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m., arrived @2:25 to be told that 1 of 2 girls working was running 1/2 hour behind schedule & did I mind waiting. After thinking about it for a minute I decided not to wait… they had my phone # & could have called, but didn’t. The 2nd of 2 girls in the shop could have offered to cut my hair, but didn’t. After a quick run to the Walmart grocery store, girl # 2, without a customer, saw me on my way out & offered me a 20% discount if I kept my appointment. Too little, too late. I spent my money on gas to drive into town from a rural area on my day off work to get a haircut that I had a appointment for. I can’t help but wonder what girl #2 was even there for. I won’t be back. Very poor customer service.
