I have never had to pay Extra $14 just to have them trim up my beard where I had missed. I had trimmed my beard at home and asked if they could touch it up for me. Nothing more. $14 for the very minimum is not worth it. $21 for Hair Cut and $14 for hardly anything on my beard but touch up. When they told me $35 I couldn’t believe how bad I was being ripped off. So do not have them do anything to your beard or you pay dearly. I have never paid that much for a hair cut and very little beard trim ever. I can go to most Barbers and get my hair cut and have them do all of my beard for $15 – $20 at the most. Definitely not worth the $35 they charged me

I will never go in this salon again. The girls in there just talk about themselves and dont know how to cut hair. Although i heard all about on of the girls personal life i still got a horrible hair cut bit im glad yo know that she hangs out on internet dating sites and lets men stay with her. Real professional. I hope they get some new stylists in there soon so i can go back.

Purchased a Gift Card for a mothers day gift and received a gift receipt. Mom tried to return it because her stylist was not longer employed. Was told that she need the originating credit card to make a refund. I returned with the gift card and receipt and was treated very rudely. The clerks were giggling and told me that they refused to refund the money (no refunds) and I would have to take it up with corporate. I am still trying to get my money back. Very poor customer service
