I was there last weekend and it was going to be a 45 min wait. They had a few customers in there so that was understandable. My son could wait another week for a haircut and wasn’t in the mood for waiting around. This weekend 2/2/19 we tried again. At 4pm we walked in and asked for a haircut. There were no other customers and I saw 2 stylists sitting around. They said it will be at least an hour. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I was in last friday evening to get my hair cut n style. I had showed the gal pictures of how I wanted it I showed the front view side and back ….I was never ever been so upset after I got home I was told all I have to do is to use my curling iron but I cant cause my hair was cut wrong and way to short now I have to wait till it grows out a bit to try to do something with it….hair only grows almost half n inch a month. Was my 1st time and will be my last…you should have the gal go through school then work under someone that knows the difference between long pixie and a very very short pix…..Big Difference

I have had bad cuts before, but this one takes the cake! I went in asking for an inch to be cut off in a straight bob style cut. A simple straight forward request. She asked if I wanted to keep my long layers. I told her no, they make my hair look even thinner on the bottom. She said ok, I may nip just the ends to keep them healthy so they grow. I’m not sure what her definition of nip is, but its definitely not the same as mine. I now have a layer that is at least an inch and a half shorter (more in some place) than the rest. I honestly don’t understand how hard it is to do what I asked for?!?!?! All I requested was and inch off in a straight bob style cut, now I have shorter layers than I started with and will have cut at least another inch off or wear it up until it grows enough to cut it again. Never again!!!!!

Absolutely loved their service and will most definitely be coming back. It does take them a minute to get to you sometimes because they sometimes dont have many workers there but it helps to make an appointment so they know they will be busy during that time.
