The ladies are nice but, I think they lack experience. I went to them today, and the hair dresser was more worried about talking to her company then doing the job. I had to go to Great Clips to have my hair fixed. I absolutely loved the smart style hair dresser in Greenfield Indiana. She knew her stuff. It just goes to show it’s not about the place you go, but the person doing the job.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Perhaps if you need a simple buzz cut. During the ten hours that I spent there over two days two other people came in requesting their money back for their haircuts. I went in asking to go from brown to dirty blonde. I showed both stylist photos and discussed my concerns. They told me they were confident they could do it. Wasn’t even close. The manager couldn’t correct it. So I went in as a natural brunette and came out with blackhair because they couldn’t even cover it up right. They gave me my money back after I requested it, however couldn’t give me a deep conditioner to help repair the damage my hair underwent because they could not get it right the first, second or third time. Do not go here if your looking for an enjoyable experience.
