I might’ve noticed in time to say something if she didn’t have me turned away from the mirror. Took my grandson for a haircut and thought I was going to be charged for the express cut but was charged for cut and shampoo. When I mentioned it, the stylist said that the express cut is for a buzz cut. I then mentioned that she had not shampooed his hair. She then told me she would shampoo it after I had already paid and left a nice tip. I declined. I hope they are more transparent in how they advertise and do what you are actually charged for.
