I got Maddie as a stylist and she did a wonderful job with the cut and color. Went here last Tuesday and my entire family received hair cuts and I got a lip and chin wax. Very disappointing, the lady was very nice but didnt have a clue how to wax. She applied wax backwards and pulled the strip off backwards as well. I said something but she just kept doing it wrong. She had me look in the mirror without my glasses. Get to looking today and she missed tons of hair. I had to go and pluck them all. It upsets me because I don’t have a lot of extra money to waste and she did a poor quality job.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let Ashley cut your hair. I gave her a chance and that was a huge mistake. My hair looks like Helen Keller started on one side of my head and Ray Charles has the other side. She completely removed one side burn and didn’t even touch the other. The neck line is horrendous. An untrained four year old could have cut a better and straighter neck line. Neither side has the same curve or angle. Only way to fix will be to buzz it. She was in such a hurry to sit back down and play on her phone that she didn’t care what she made the customer look like. If I was a stylist I would be embarrassed of letting anyone leave looking like this.

Jordan was not professional Did not listen to my instructions or details on how I like my hair. She ignored personal pictures of my own previous styles I had received. I was over charged when the express cut was only 12 dollars I paid 17 no wash or anything extra. There was haphazard throwing of her supplies when she got annoyed when I asked her to fix my hair 3 times after not caring what I was explaining I wanted done. My hair line on my neck. Ha. My seven year old could have made it look better. I’m not impressed and contacted corporate as eye rolling and snide comments alone are far beyond acceptable or professional none the less everything else.
