Critical: PunctualityI am concerned that when attempting to get a haircut on a Saturday morning, I was informed that although open, all that could happen is a purchase of product, but no haircut was available because a lack of licensed hair stylists. No hair cuts on Saturday. Seems that Saturdays would be a day when you would want to get a haircut? I have encountered this location closed at random Saturdays. I am concerned that when attempting to get a haircut on a Saturday morning, I was informed that although open, all that could happen is a purchase of product, but no haircut was available because a lack of licensed hair stylists. No hair cuts on Saturday. Seems that Saturdays would be a day when you would want to get a haircut? I have encountered this location closed at random Saturdays. Even though their hours clearly state they are open (both on Google and on their hour board in their window)… closed. After ownership reached out asking for another chance to earn business, I tried to give another opportunity. 3:25pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Very reasonable time. Even though their hours clearly state they are open (both on Google and on their hour board in their window)… closed.
