Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible experience! Would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady was unprofessional, rude, brash, just in it for a buck, hurried my cut to get someone else in. Took maybe 10 minutes- I was not their for a‘boys cut’ as she referred to with her clippers. She kept telling the gal that my hair wouldn’t take long, yet my hair is uneven, horribly cut, I could even feel how dull her shears were. My hair is so short I cried! Have to go to a professional to get it fixed. She kept saying she had 20 years of experience, been working 10 hours with no help, she’s so tired, but she has will do $300 after my and the other gals cut! Excuse me?!? Terrible experience! Would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady was unprofessional, rude, brash, just in it for a buck, hurried my cut to get someone else in. Charged me $179 to dye my daughters hair and she can’t even pull it back into a ponytail because the dye job is so bad. If she did she would have a stripe on each side and on top of her head and the dye on one of the stripes on the side of her head doesn’t even go all the way to the roots. I will never go back.
