Critical: QualityI asked for a simple trim and they cut way too much off. The person cutting my hair was very nice but i look like a 6 yr old boy now. I plan on watching cartoons and taking a bubble bath when i get home… I already look the part why not act it.Service: Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWedding hairI had called ahead of time to see if they could help me. Explained that I had attempted to color my hair pink and purple and it didn’t turn out as planned. No one asked if I had used splat previously or that I would need a mask to be seen.I was called the day before asking me to reschedule the gentleman I spoke to was sick. I undertand that. Got the time switched for aittle later in the day.Once i arrived I was greeted by a big sign stating I need a mask to be seen. I explained I live on the otherside of town, I have one at home. I was there at the time of my apt and asked would they keep my apt if I got a mask a Walmart, stated no big deal. I fine with this too. Went to find one.I got back, sat down. She was working on other people, no big deal. Also had a person in waiting, which I thought was weird, since they close in a few hrs.Then she announced to us, i don’t know why u have an apt, its first come 1st serve. I ignored this, didn’t want problems. From there she gets done with the person she was working on and comes over to talk to me.She decides at this point to try and talk me out of this apt. Starts off with i will need at least 5 hrs, which is not true. I stated I was told on the phone the time frame wasn’t a problem from the manager, from there she tried to over explain the process, stating it needs the time frame, i then explain how to complete it. She looked shocked thatI knew. Then brings in her coworker, to try and state that i would be mixing colors, which i wasn’t . I explained that process as well, that I would be doing exactly as I has previous but with them stripping out all my natural color to make it more radiant.At this point, the person in waiting decided to chime in stating that they can’t do it in a very rude manner.. i completely ignore her. The hairdressers then ask is it splat, oh well I can’t touch splat. I explain no one asked me on the phone about that, if its such a concern. I explained in detail what we had done to the manager on the phone. I then ask if she can call her manager that i spoke to.She calls him explains, he gives advice, she tried to state that i died my hair 4 colors, so I chime in staing no just 2. She then places him on speaker stating that he didnt no it was splat. I state, he didn’t ask even when I stated that i did it myself.. he said it can be done and was explaining to her how she can. From there, she looked on on her computer to place a bunch of extra charges to put on the original price and quoted me at $400.I will never go back her again. Positive: QualityAmanda cut and colored my hair i got highlights and baylage in my very dark brown hair and it was not orange in color ! She did a great job and has a great personality she got me in on short notice and stayed past closing to finish it!
