Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a 12 o clock appointment here and waited for 30 minutes before I went to look for an employee. She was sitting there trying to do her own hair while I waited for 30 minutes. I went in for a simple trim and a thinning. The stylist I had was great, she was able to get my cut exactly how I wanted it with only some vague help from me (it’d been a while since my last cut). And the stylist who did my daughter’s hair was also excellent. Kids can be wiggly and impatient but she was fabulous with her and had her hair done and looking great in record time! Very satisfied!

I got a girl who had no idea what she was doing. She used a different size of clippers than I asked her for. I only realized after I had left. She used the thinners to blend, but cut off way to much and cut way to short, making the hair patchy. She didn’t listen to my instructions. I had to have someone fix my hair at home. I’m never coming here again

Ladies are rude and lazy. Made an appointment ahead of time, turns out they double booked that time slot. I waited with my infant daughter for almost half an hour before being told it’d be an additional 20 minutes. Meanwhile one of the ladies sat on her behind reading a magazine. Told the chick she couldn’t help her. Ridiculous! Don’t waste your time or money here.

My daughters hair was left so uneven. Unfortunately I did not notice until we got home and they where closed already. I am going back tomorrow and hopefully get my money back she can keep the tip. Now my daughter needs another hair cut I hope it can be fixed with out leaving it extremely short.

Was passing through and stopped to get a haircut. Told Audrey to use a #4 arond the edge and leave an 1-1/2″ on the top and DONT CUT MY COWLICK TO SHORT. She took the #4 clipper and promptly cut right up to the center of the cowlick!!!! Then forgot to Finish the top and left some hair longer. I came home and tried to fix the mess but gave up and took a #4 head shaved my hair off!!

I just left here an I’m very disappointed I went in and showed the lady wat I wanted and I showed her twice it’s so uneven and patchy it’s not funny I was hoping for something clean an nice but that is not wat I got I will not be going back here at all an do not recommend anyone else to. She was in such a rush to get it done so she can sit there on her phone it took her at least 10 minutes to do wat she did an didn’t listen to anything I had to say they don’t even deserve a star!!!!! I’ll be calling tomorrow to get a refund!!!!!!
