Critical: QualityHeather was super friendly and sweet and at first I didnt see anything wrong. But as my hair dried my hair was way way way too red compared to what I picked out. It doesn’t look anything like I wanted. It was supposed to be a violet burgundy. Its ORANGE. She also cut it way too short. She put her hand to the middle of my back and said “here?” I said yes. It’s to my shoulders. Way way too short. I made an appointment with Heather R. For 2 family members to get root touch ups. It was a same day appointment. Said we needed to be there by 3pm or they will not be able to service us. I told her that we would need black roots touched up, said it will be no problem. We get to Altoona and they didn’t even have black dye . Just so unprofessional.

I was charged for a long hair perm and my hair isn’t even shoulder length. My hair was not frizzy going in but it sure was when I came out. I am not happy and even went back to get the uneven cut straightened out and it still isn’t correct. Do your hair a favor and stay away from this place! The whole time I was at the shampoo sink I had to listen to the employees complain that “Mike only has to work one night in 3 weeks and they have to close twice a week.” It’s not what paying customers what to hear! Keep your bitching about your job in the break room. Very unprofessional!!!
