Critical: QualityWhat I wanted, my hair before (in a bun with my bangs out) and my hair after with my bangs out. Katy literally butchered my hair. She said she’d be able to do what I asked and then afterwards said “Well that was with a curling iron anyways”I left the salon in literal tears. I asked for some layers and she cut many inches off. My hair is destroyed. I just got left (out of nowhere) after a 4 year long relationship and wanted to feel beautiful again and now I can’t even look in the mirror. I’m going to have to start wearing a wig. I can’t even find a place that sells wig caps up here so I’m screwed until one from Amazon comes. She said she’d be able to do what I asked and then afterwards said “Well that was with a curling iron anyways”I left the salon in literal tears. I asked for some layers and she cut many inches off. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had called a week prior to doing my hair, my normal stylist was out sick and she booked me with Sylvia for Saturday the 28th. I wanted my hair highlighted originally like violets and purples but they didn’t have the shade that would look good on my hair, but together we came up with a PERFECT color that still gave me the fall vibes and look so good! She was the only one there all day and she was just amazing, she knows what she is doing and she never rushed. I had called a week prior to doing my hair, my normal stylist was out sick and she booked me with Sylvia for Saturday the 28th. I wanted my hair highlighted originally like violets and purples but they didn’t have the shade that would look good on my hair, but together we came up with a PERFECT color that still gave me the fall vibes and look so good! She was the only one there all day and she was just amazing, she knows what she is doing and she never rushed. I highly recommend seeing her and I will probably have her do my coloring again at the first of the year!

I stopped her 4 times to ask if she could make LAYERS, nothing more than layers. I then had to stop her an additional 4 times to show her the picture of the hair style I wanted. The total of 8 times that I stopped her to explain what I wanted fell on deaf ears. My hair looks absolutely horrid. I wish I could give negative stars. Critical: QualityMy eyebrows were super uneven and there was absolutely NO communication from the lady that did them. She rushed everything as well. I’m not going to be wasting my money here ever again. Y’all need to learn how to do your job right.Service: Body waxing
