Absolutely love this place. The stylist was super friendly, unfortunately didn’t get her name, and my cut and dye was gorgeous, I’m 100% getting it again when I can. Only downside is they don’t do dyes after 4, and Sunday is apparently short staffed.

Made an appointment for 5:30pm because I was working until 5pm, however the weather was bad so I called and asked if I could come in about 20 minutes late. (FYI was just getting a simple cut with bangs) the lady that answered the phone said “well I’m closing at 6.” So me and my husband hurried to Walmart and pulled in at 5:50pm. The hair place was already locked up with the lights off. I could understand if I hadn’t called but that is just rude customer service. Obviously if that’s how they run this salon they won’t be getting many customers. I know I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know or will I ever come to the salon.

WORST PLACE TO GO TO GET YOUR HAIR DYED!! I went there and got my hair done and it was AWFUL. And since I didn’t like it I went back there to get it fixed Bc they didn’t do it right. And they wouldn’t fix it for free so I asked for my money back. THEY DIDNT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. they refused to give me my money back or fix it for free. So we asked for the general managers number and they would not give it to us. And they went around back to “call” her. But even before that they told me to wait 10 mins for her to go around back and SMOKE. As a customer I was not treated like one at all. And the stylist got personal when she asked if my mom was dating a man that she knows and after she goes oh I KNOW YOU. I recommend not going there at all for anything because of the way they treated me as a customer was not at all like how you should treat one. Oh and THERE was a manager when we were THERE and she would not help because she was not there when it was done .

My friend and I wanted to get ombres and I was calling around trying to figure prices. The one in Alpena said walk ins were fine but I could schedule an appointment and they gave me exact prices. This one, however, couldn’t give me an estimate and told me that they don’t do appointments, only walk ins. They close at 7 and my friend and I came in at 5 pm. There was only one lady who told us she couldn’t do our hair because it was just her. She had two hours and there should have been another person there. I drove almost an hour there and back for her to be rude to my friend and I and I was told the exact opposite thing they told me yesterday. They are not getting my service!

The Salon is located in the Cheboygan Walmart. Easy in and out. Typically not overly busy. Full service for the ladies. Great haircuts for the guys. At times they offer discounts CV on the cuts or coupons if you join their email list.
