I was with my grandma and Russ treated her really bad, talking about politics, she didn’t want to talk about them at all (which is understandable). And cut her hair really poorly! Called my grandma a “nazi” as well and didn’t want to finish it because how she said she didn’t want to further the conversation of politics. Called the next day and the person answer didn’t do anything!

I used to go to this place when it was managed far better than it is now. Constantly short staffed, there are no walk in appointments at this location anymore, and when you DO make an appointment and drive 50 miles one way to the appointment, arrive early and find out your stylist called in sick… Then, the same person who gave me the news of my stylist not coming in decides to call me and TELL me that my stylist is sick…a half hour after we LEFT and 20 minutes AFTER our appointment time! Don’t waste time or energy on these salons in the Wal-Mart’s now. This is the second one I’ve been to that has gone entirely downhill recently.

Original review: “Horrible uneven rushed cut for my son and husband.” Update: Whoever said that it depends on who you get, I completely agree now. There are a few that I definitely prefer to cut my son’s hair over others. For instance, the guy with the station on the left with the short dark hair is my favorite. (Sorry, I’m horrible with names!) He’s super patient (you can tell he has a kid himself, lol) and very detailed.
