This place has really gone downhill. First I went to Megan after waiting to grow out my hair a few months. I have thick hair and it just needed a shape up. However when I got home my sides were all uneven and at the bottom very uneven, and I I don’t think she had me look down or check anything now that I think about it. This after she made me wait 15 minutes when I had an appt booked earlier and was rude. I went back to see Patti 3 weeks later because Megan hadn’t blended my sides or done anything I asked. I asked her to not really take much off of the length, just sides and bangs blended in with long wispy ends so my longer hair would lay better- Well what I got was a bowl hair cut with some short layers I didn’t request and like an inch off of the length The sides don’t look better either. Very disappointed, I have a dorky bowl hair cut cut short which I told her not to cut it short. Will never go back again am quite upset. Brianna also thinned out one of my family members hair quite a bit + she has curly hair and did not request this. Beware

I went into this location for a haircut. I was told it would be a half an hour by the girl that was cutting hair. I came back after waiting for 27 minutes already to see another customer in the chair different then the one she was cutting and then she tells me she has one more person in front me even after that customer she was finishing up in the chair. This is now 8 minutes until 7pm and I have been waiting for 45 minutes and still no haircut in sight.

Have been there/here 2 times so far. Excellent job ! The lady who does my hair — I Believe her name is Brieanna ,, does an Awesome job ! I’m sure the rest of the crew does great as well ! Took my youngest boy there Saturday, May 15th, and the lady who did his did a Very good job ! If anyone would ask me where they should go , I would Highly recommend Smart Style in Walmart , if their in the Big Rapids area !
