One of the worst experiences I’ve had. First off, I had to sit in the chair and wait 45 mins while my stylist was on phone. Then during the rolling of the rods, by the way was terrible, she kept dragging the comb across my scalp. Then when putting solution in she didn’t go rod by rod, she began twirling the solution around my head. Then there’s the rinse, rod pops off, she has me sit up so she can fix it, no towel, so all that water and solution runs into my left eye. again still no towel. So now I have water and solution all over me and clothes… so then we neutralize.. doesn’t have me sit my head up so none of solution got on bottom of my hair.. doubt curls are gonna hold. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NEVER RETURN

The care that I received was always above and beyond. They truly care. Kate is truly amazing at her job. I brought my granddaughter in who is 4, had an extremely large knot in her hair. I called at 4 pm and made a same day appointment for 715. I got there at 706 and they were closed. How about a courtesy call next time! So ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
