If I could give it a zero star I would. I went there to get my hair cut and they completely botched it. My hair was super long and I said I wanted it cut to the middle of my back and layered, not hard at all, but he cut it to my shoulders and straight across and completely made my ends uneven. I have some pieces that are longer than others and there’s no way someone can fix this without making my hair shorter than it already is. And I don’t want it any shorter but I have no other choice. This is the worst place to get your hair cut and I completely do NOT recommend.

Do I have to even give them a 1? I took all 4 of my boys In for a quick cut and they were hacked. I was talking to the girls saying how I wished I could just cut their hair and she said that’s why we have 2 years of schooling! Really, 2 years for this? I will never have my children’s hair cut there again. I should’ve known, if I wouldn’t get mine cut there don’t gets theirs cut there. Rate 0 waste of $56, I was nice enough to give them a tip for terrible cuts.

Came in to get my hair trimmed and an ombre. We said no layers and just a couple inches off. 6 hours and over $300 later, I had yellow, uneven, butchered hair. The lady who did my hair took a break, and when she came back in she blew menthol smoke in my face. She seemed to hate her job and like she really didn’t want to be there. While I was there waiting for my color to set, many customers walked out as only one person was working in the entire span of 6 hours. The next day we came back in to get my hair atleasted evened out, which the manager did for free. She was very nice. But, she found pieces of hair that were atleast 8 inches shorter than the rest of my hair, some even an inch away from my neck. She did her best to fix it. Overall, wouldn’t come here again. Don’t waste your money. There are much better, friendlier, cheaper, and high quality places in Owosso.

I stopped in on a Sunday and asked the hairdresser if she had time to give me a trim. Her response, my next appointment is at 4:30. It was 2:00 pm. I was a little confused. She then said I book my appointments back to back! I looked around, the wallpaper pealing off the walls the filthy floor, covered in hair and dirty capes. I told her no thanks actually and walked out. Had she said my next opening is at 4:30 that would have made sense. I dont need the obvious frustration and explaination of your schedule. With that attitude I will never go back. If you hate your job then go work some where else.

Horrible experience with my toddler. Bigger lady with a southern acent. I walked in 30 mins to close and my almost 3 year old was screaming and all he wanted was to sit down in the chair, and she proceeded to tell me 3 times, if he doesnt calm down in 2 mins than she was not going to cut his hair. I insisted he just needs to sit down. As soon as he sat down with his kindle, he was quiet as ever, and very still. Only issue we had was him looking up, so I had to hold his head up. Then she butchered his hair, and said, if I do not like it, I can come back tomorrow and she would fix it for free, “if hes calmed down”. This is absolutely the worst service ive ever had here. Making me feel so belittled. I advise everyone to stay away from this stylist. We have been coming here for years, but this was the last straw when its not the first time hes had a bad haircut here. I still tipped her $10 because maybe she was having a bad day, but im so bitter about this place now. Lost our loyalty last night.

Great color stylist. I come in and Autumn always does a great job on coloring and cutting my hair. I even brought my 3 year old and 5 year old in and she did a great job with them as well.
