This salon was awesome. Daisy was my stylist + asked me what I wanted done. She was so professional + knowledgeable about hair dyes, conditioning, + answered all my questions. I was 100% satisfied with the end results after she made suggestions to get what I wanted with my hair color. The woman seemed annoyed to have to cut my sons hair. There was nobody there to get a haircut, she stated she was waiting for an appointment to show up and then tried to help someone else who walked in to purchase a haircare product as we waited. She seemed annoyed that we decided to wait and reluctantly cut his hair after the other customer declined to make a purchase.

Went in at 10 when they opened. Couldn’t get a hair cut until 3:30 ? Always happens,this was my mom not me. I quit trying to get my hair cut there years ago just for this reason. Olnly 1 person in there .

The hours posted say 10-6. Went to salon at 1030, there is no stylist there until 1230! It’s business hours and you have no one to do haircuts??? Run my errands and stop back at 1220ish; thinking I will be first for a simple quick trim. I wait and wait and wait. I wander around. No one. Not a soul. I leave to find the person who was there this morning outside smoking. Niiiiice!!! So, I watch her walk back inside and call to ask if anyone is available for a haircut. Nope, no one is in yet. Mind you it is now after 1230. But within 5 minutes someone should be here. I say, well I was just inside the salon waiting and there was no one around. “Uh huh, yeah, um someone will be in soon”. Are you serious?!??? This is no way to run any kind of business. I predict a big space open for rent soon in Fowlerville WalMart if anyone is interested.

Website indicates they are open from 10AM – 6PM on Sunday. Technically, they were open, just not for haircuts. The owner was in a chair in front of a heater looking at her cell phone when we arrived. She said no one was in to cut hair, she was just there hoping to sell products.
