Got my hair cut and dyed first they put a lighter on it and I wanted it a little darker with highlights. They tried to fix the color that day… It is a lot darker and no highlights… And the hair cut is like 1 to 2 inches different that frame around my face… I spent 4 hours in their chair that day… Got my hair raised 2different times because the first time the lady forgot the toner… After 4 hours my neck was killing me … So they told me I have 7 days to come in to have it fixed.. I set up another appointment but when I came in for that appointment the gate was locked and no one was there… They are supposed to open at 9am my appointment was at 10 am… This has to be the worst place I have ever been in my life.. I am going somewhere else to get it fixed…and believe me I am calling the company and putting in a complaint… This is bull…

I am just so disgusted. Taking my daughter to get her hair cut. We shopped first cause they were busy when we came in. So we get done and we sign in. No sooner did I sit down and the lady turns and looks at us and goes you know it’s going to be at least 35 minutes. And I replied that’s fine I’m in no rush. She rolled her eyes at me and then continued to stare at me!! All while she is cutting a little girls hair. I left.

Told hairstylist that I wanted length touching my shoulders. When I seen it done all I could say omg. The length only touches the middle of my neck. And the sides are ear length . I’m mortified. Havent had short hair since I was 8 years old. I will be calling Management and I emailed corporate. I will never go back. I called and was told that they do not do refunds. But offered to have someone fix my haircut. Why would I have someone else there screw my hair up more. Horrible owner. Dont go there

I got bangs done and I was very disappointed with what I got. They were very uneven and the hair stylist cut a lot off than I wanted. I had to go get my hair redone at another hair salon. I will never recommend Walmart to someone who wants a hair cut.
