Checked in for a haircut for my daughter. We were told it would be an hour and a half and she would be available. We had no issue with that so we shopped a bit and went back about 10 minutes early. After about an hour and 35 minutes, she finished the person who was in her chair and informed us that she was going to have to take her 11:30 appt. We should have been told when we checked in that it would be after her 11:30 appt. We waited all that time for nothing. Will not return.

I brought my nephew in here on a Saturday, I checked in online, so we only had about a five minute wait. The Stylist cut his hair exactly how we ask for it to be cut. That is usually a 50-50 shot no matter where we go. It was nice to not have to get all picky and point out things that needed to be fixed.

Ginger, this lady cut my hair and her hands are very shaky. I don’t recommend anyone gets a hair cut from her. Also I called to get my hair fixed and they argued with me and asked me to call corporate. Been on the phone waiting for 45 mins! 45 mins just to get a hirer up to make them fix their mistakes, sadly they’re missing out on a locals money and now review.
