Took my baby here for his first haircut. Not a good experience, the lady started cutting before I even noticed and I feel like it could have looked better. It’s uneven and I don’t even think the lady smiled once the whole time…. I understand people face their own stuff but it wasn’t a good experience. And I wanted it to be a better memories for us.

This review is split for me. I’ve been there twice, and the first time was an amazing experience. Probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. The second time however, was enough to make me not want to go back. Did not get my haircut, but the experience at the counter is why I didn’t. The girl that works there with a face tattoo, is extremely unprofessional. I noticed it the first time I was there, but she wasn’t my stylist. The second time, when I asked if a haircut was available, she very rudely stated “Well not right now! I have appointments, and so does she! (pointing at the girl behind her) Why didn’t you check in online?!”

Honestly if i could give 0 I would. I came in on 9/11 at 9:35. No appointments until after 10. No one in the seat except the worker. All I needed was the sides of my headed faded. A quick 15 minute cut if that. The lady said she couldn’t do it because she wanted to go smoke a cigarette before her appointments got in. Didn’t you just open at 9? Regardless instead of making money for yourself and the company you choose to smoke a cigarette. That shows a lot of care and work ethic. Good job. Never again!
