Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my haircut at the Seymour, IN Walmart salon on 2/27/21. First of all, I had a 10 a.m. appointment but had to wait 15 minutes while the 2 “stylists” fiddled with the credit/debit card reader. The poor lady trying to pay had to go get cash & come back to pay. It was then my turn. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted which was longer on top & sides & shaved up shorter in the back. She said “no problem”. She did not face me towards the mirror so I could watch what she was doing plus she was talking to other people & not giving me the undivided attention I was paying for. When she was done & turned me around to the mirror, I was horrified at what I saw. She had shaved almost all of my hair off & left about 1/2″ on top & NOTHING on the sides & back! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN & DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!! Thank goodness I have a couple of wigs for “bad hair days” as I will be having bad hair days for the next few months. I got my haircut at the Seymour, IN Walmart salon on 2/27/21. First of all, I had a 10 a.m. appointment but had to wait 15 minutes while the 2 “stylists” fiddled with the credit/debit card reader. The poor lady trying to pay had to go get cash & come back to pay. It was then my turn. My hair was ruined. I wanted a trim and my hair was chopped off. I had 8 inches cut off when she should have only cut off a couple of inches. I will never ever go back there again and I make sure to let others know as well. The girl paid no attention to what I wanted. She RUINED MY hair. These are before and after pictures. I cry every day over my hair. I’m angry and very disappointed.

They were able to get me in for a full color almost immediately. All the women were so friendly and even offered me water and asked if I needed anything. My hair turned out amazing and was so reasonably priced! Don’t write this salon off just because it’s in Wal-Mart!

Went because I had a card.(2/$20) big mistake. My hair was cut uneven. One side thinner than the other. The back was off 1/2 inch. The sides 3/4 inch. Needless to say I had to go pay someone else to undo this mess. Sad to say the thinning out could not do anything about. It had been done to the max. Had anymore been done, they would need to shave my head and just let it grow out and start over. I do not think so. I am female.
