Went to the New Albany, IN location about a month ago. Worst haircut and “lowlight” job EVER! The stylist didn’t do anything I asked. I was done within 45 minutes, if she did the style I asked, I should have been there at least 2hrs. The haircut was so bad too, choppy layers and so heavy on the ends! The stylist just seemed really distracted and put out by me, or just being there in general. I emailed customer care 3 times, Never heard from anyone like they said I would. Take it from me, spend the extra money to have your hair done right, somewhere else! I promise it will be worth it in the end

I have tried multiple attempts to contact this salon because Julia has left me with a chemical burn, and bald spots throughout my head.NOT ONE PERSON HAS ATTEMPTED TO REACH OUT TO ME. Every time I have tried contacting the salon Julia answers the phone and says the manger isnt there to call back “this day” which i do, she answers the phone again every time to tell me the same thing, call back. Finally I had my friend call from her number and ask for a manager. Tatum gets on the phone, with her WANNABE tough, want to be superior attitude. Told me “not to get smart” as if I have no reason to be highly upset with the amount of hair i have lost and still and losing. Im disgusted. She said a manger has been trying to call me, which wait I thought you were the manager? A bogus, false phone number was entered as mine so obviously nobody can reach me. More information has been turned over to my attorney.. Which they can deal with from here on out. You cant just leave someone bald, and give them medical issues without repercussions. They feel as if theyre not liable since they don’t tell you about a contract and will even have you sign it AFTER the service is already done, But, well see what the attorney generals and an injury lawyer has to say about that. What business owner really does business like this. SAD

I’ve had nothing but repeated great haircuts here. I have a stacked asymmetrical bob that is quite short. To the ppl giving 1 star & saying “Don’t go here”, first of all, do not scream out telling ppl where not to go (rude), also maybe learn how to give a proper review & proofread before you react. I will be going to get my hair done here for Christmas. Yes, that’s how much I trust them. I will be adding photos too! 🙂

This is my go to salon for my haircuts always always. Lovely ladies! I came by today for my first ever pro. Highlight job. And let me just say…omg! Tatum did an amazing job! I’m a very quiet individual and I felt comfortable the whole time not saying but a few words. (Not awkward at all) she understood exactly what I wanted and nailed the assignment! As soon as I looked in the mirror for the first time I cried like a baby (no joke) cause she made me feel beeeautiful! She even gave me a quick little side hug when I explained why I started crying! I’m just blown away at how good and healthy my hair feels after getting bleached, and styled. I’ve taken my sisters here before and the ladies always make them feel awesome afterwards aswell. Just overall a good, comfortable, salon, ran by some awesome women !

As long as you schedule an appointment they are quick to get you in, very busy salon if you walk in you will have to wait awhile. Friendly and clean salon. Loved my hair cut. Recommend highly.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT COME HERE. I came here just to get my bangs cut. I had a picture to show her the style I wanted and length. I’m not a hair stylist but I know when cutting bangs scissors are used. She used a razor. She left my bangs very choppy and it did not turn out at all the way I wanted. They would not refund. I will never go back.

I wanted him to have a haircut before all the pictures and made an appointment…for a time that they weren’t open. Do not go by their hours or their schedule book for availability. Angie is an absolute hair genius. I royally did a number on my self and she fixed it right away. I returned and she got me to where I was going no damage and I look beautiful. Don’t underestimate her talent, I drive 35 minutes just to see her.
