Critical: ProfessionalismI had recently had my hair done by Alexia. What a great job she did! I would give her a 5 star if only I could rate her and her alone.That being said, I made an appointment for my daughter’s hair online just like I did my own. When we got to the salon, the two ladies working acted like it was just incredulous that someone would make an appointment online. Then- the lady with dark curly hair says, “Online appointments aren’t guaranteed, so the soonest I can get you in is 11.” Well, if you offer an online scheduling system- you should probably try to honor that. I’m positive she was probably the manager, but I’m a manager as well. I would never be so curt with a potential customer. I decided to take my child elsewhere to get her hair done.I also checked their online platform as if I would be making a new appointment. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTyler and Mel worked with my two little girls, and they did such a fabulous job. Tyler kept my oldest laughing the whole time while Mel managed to keep my youngest calm when normally hair cuts cause her a lot of anxiety. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueIf you are a man in need of style do not go here. The woman that cut my hair had no experience with men styling. I asked for my beard to be trimmed & faded, and by the time I was handed my glasses to see beard it was chopped with lines all throughout it. What else could I do but say it’s fine. but I just assumed that if I went to a place that would cost a little more that they would know what they were doing. I asked for my beard to be trimmed & faded, and by the time I was handed my glasses to see beard it was chopped with lines all throughout it.
