The ladies at Smart Style went above and beyond today for me and my friend Kayla. We got there at 10am and were there until 630pm which was after closing and Bri and Anna were amazing and took care of the two of us until the very end. I showed up for a walk-in haircut and barely waited 5 minutes. Breanna was the one to take care of me and she did a marvelous job! What I really appreciated with her attention to detail. First off, the shampooing/ head massage was ‘ahhh!’ ♀️ Then, when I explained to her what I wanted done with my hair, she was very patient, offered suggestions and was not at all put off at all by my somewhat complicated request. I love my new cut! Will definitely be back☺️

Tried booking an appointment by calling as that is required. I began trying at 3:30 and kept getting all circuits busy message. The phone was obviously taken off the hook so we drove there and arrived at 4 pm asking to wait for a simple male cut since they are open until 6 pm. There were two associates and two customers receiving hair service at that time. We were pretty immediately turned away two hours before closing being told they were completely booked for the rest of the day. Find a better way for customers to book an appointment if they don’t want to offer service after a certain time then don’t post that the business is open for the public. Just about 20 till 6 (when they were to close) miraculously, the phone lines were open to call in an they answered finally

I had a very bad experience today. I went inside and asked for a hair cut. So the lady( don’t know her name she has curly hair though) asked me to lay down for hair wash( no smile no greetings, no introduction).she washed my hair with no towel on my neck. After washing my hair she handed over a dirty hand towel to drain the water. Then she took me to the cutting area, started combing my hair so fast, I had long hair it did hurt me a lot . Then the first word comes what’s your usual hair style and what’s the length I wanted,she never asked me about what kind of hair style I wanted. I asked her to cut my hair from shoulders and now my hair don’t even reach my neck. I was donating my hair, was happy and excited. She ruined my day. The place was so unclean. My overall experience was bad and frustrating, never again. She seems to be a racist, Initially I thought she is shy but I saw her speaking nice with other customers. Girl I hope you see this message Learn respecting others.Color, attire, looks doesn’t define a person. Treat everyone in the same way. I was calm and smiling all the time. Then I gave her 2$ tip , she never gave me a eye contact,no smile, no bye, she handed over my receipt and am out of that place.

Absolute horrible service i set up an appointment and when i got there told i would be helped soon as she got back from the restroom then they helped someone else before me. Then when i spoke up about my appointment they decided to tell me they dont even accept the appointment requests from online!! Absolutely unacceptable and horrible service!!
