Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a cut and color. Came out with hair that was too short even though I told her. My hair is butchered on the right side. I told her all one length as is all choppy. The color was the same as when I went in. I went back again for my free color and my hair is now 4 different colors and looks nothing and i mean absolutely nothing like I asked. I paid 128 and would have been more but she forgot to charge me for a shadow root that i also didn’t ask for but she said it’s what i wanted according to the picture. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Mind you there is one nice person there but the skill is not there with this place. I wish I could post pictures with this so anyone reading this may see how horrid my hair is. I wanted to feel pretty and left feeling embarrassed to walk out to my car. both times. Went in for a cut and color. Came out with hair that was too short even though I told her. My hair is butchered on the right side. I told her all one length as is all choppy. Critical: QualityWent in to get my eyebrows waxed. Usually they do top and bottom. She only did the bottom. Then she plucked the top and took out a chunk and told me she never touched it. I had to come home and clean up the ends, the middle and do what I could with the one eyebrow. Don’t think I’ll be back.Service: Body waxing

Critical: QualityI showed her a picture I wanted done and walked out with Dark brown hair when the picture had more blonde the brown I don’t even see any blonde highlights. I was charged for highlights and low lights and got neither. I was charged for a whole hair cut when I barley got any hair taken off I will NEVER go back.Service: Hairstyling
