I have now come here 4 times trying to GEF my hair cut. The website says 8 but they now close at 6. They only have one hairdresser. Because of this I went the other day to get my haircut and I was told there would be an hour wait, OK no problem, let me go shop around. Half hour later I go and say “half hour wait right?” She says yes so I dit on the bench, there’s been another guy on the other bench the entire time, I thought he was with someone getting their hair colored. Well this guy comes up and asks for a haircut, is immediately sat down with no wait. The guy on the other bench stands up and says “I thought I was next?” I’m shocked and the hairdresser says oh sorry I forgot, turns out the guy had been waiting for about an hour and 45 minutes, we both got up and left. Won’t be back to try again. No manager to get ahold of either, why even run if you can’t actually run it?

Website says close at 9 got there at 728 acknowledged by stylist. 805 told were closed, we close at 8 not sure why it says 9 but can give a dollar off next cut. 3 of us 30 min wait for a dollar.. if your that unorganized and desperate keep your dollar. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
