Loved this place, my son received a express haircut at a pual Mitchell price. It looks so good were going to great clips tomorrow to show them the fine details and the conversation with the stylist was educating, I had no idea the stylist had control of the child’s haircut over the parents. I thought TikTok was educational but this place Wow. I so excited when I saw the slanted ladder step on rear for free I had to ask her to stop because she was doing way more than asked to do. I’ve seen other reviews speaking of a echo who works here and I am not positive but this may be her. I may just go to every stylist in town and let them see this magnificent cut. I wish I could had the photo here of his cut, ty Smart style will not be seeing y’all again

Critical: ProfessionalismI booked a hair color online via their website several days in advance. I received an email confirmation, I get ready to leave the house for my appointment and receive an email they canceled my appointment. I call and talk to Katlyn, she stated she does not know why it does that to people, and you are not allowed to make appointments online, just check in the same day or make an appointment over the phone.That is a lie because I have the confirmation for the scheduled time. I asked her if I could still come in at my scheduled time I have the email confirmation, if she did not cancel it then I should still have my appointment time. She said NO because she had someone check in a few minutes ago for a 10:30 appointment. The problem is if what Katlyn stated is true, then WHY is there a book online and WHY are we being allowed to make appointments days in advance? The owner needs to reformat this option or get rid of it, I am not the only one this is happening too. Donna is great!!!! She used to cut my hair for several years back in the early-mid 2000’s. I thought she got out of the haircutting business but she had just moved apparently. Someone on Facebook told me to go see her here. Best haircut ive had in YEARS! Thank you Donna!
