Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality15 minutes after 10 the “manager” showed up. (They open at 10 supposedly). She tells me she has had a request and cannot cut my hair for at least an hour and half. 30 minutes later I come back around after doing my shopping and she is just chilling doing her own hair in the mirror. I walked in and asked her about turning me away because of an appointment and she all but yelled at me and called me, honey, which is pretty awkward considering the face she made at me during. And all I said was okay. Kind of mind boggling to me that this is a “manager”. I was there a few weeks ago, i deal with depression and sometimes brushing my hair is difficult, the manager was mean to my kids then when i left i was standing outside the shop when she told someone else thats nasty and i dont know how someone cant brush ser hair like that, how can you have a manager who treats people like that??
