The young girl who did my hair cut it ok but she left me waiting well beyond my appointment time, started off very friendly then suddenly went mute on me and seemed annoyed I was in the chair. Been there twice. First stylist, Paula, was great- did a great job on my hair and so very friendly and personable. Second visit was a whole different experience. The young girl who did my hair cut it ok but she left me waiting well beyond my appointment time, started off very friendly then suddenly went mute on me and seemed annoyed I was in the chair. Very poor job of cutting my hair this time to the point I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I think it’s hit and miss with the stylists. Your satisfaction depends on who is working and unfortunately you can’t tell who knows what they’re doing and who doesn’t until they cut your hair!

What’s the point of making an appointment? I had an appointment at 6pm and the girl who was supposed to cut my hair was just starting to color another girl’s hair. I’m not stupid, that takes hours to do, and I’m not having her rush to do my hair in between the other girl’s hair setting. No way. I waited until 6:30 and walked out.

A one star if that. My wife went in for a 14.97 haircut. Just basic couple inches cut off. No shampoo or style was done as she did not want it. Jackie never used spay bottle like other places has had told she had to use straightner. When haircut was done, the charge was over $30, and was charged for cut/style/shampoo. Apparently because she “had” the straightner it more than doubles the price….. Thieves

I see quite a few legitimate complaints and the owner’s “copy and paste” apologies, in my opinion, say more than the poor reviews themselves. For that reason alone I’m choosing another salon/barber shop. To the owner: your responses appear to be more out of obligation and lack proper sincerity. They lie to your face when they dont want to do your hair. Here at 5 they close at 8 but would not do my moms hair. She is 80 and to just get her out is a big deal. They sure didn’t care! Lazy! Pick another spot!!
