Very unprofessional. Supposed to open at 10 AM. Tried calling four times with no answer, except one time it sounded like someone picked up but hung up on me. Go to the salon (get there at 10:30) and it is locked up with customers waiting. One had an appointment at 10:30. You need to get people in the salon that actually want to work. Will NOT be coming back.

I just went in for an eyebrow wax and specifically asked to just have my brows cleaned up because they already have a shape. The manager waxed them and they look absolutely awful, totally ruined what I had. Didn’t follow the shape at all, they’re super thin, same width throughout. I’m pretty upset.
