Critical: PunctualityI’m usually very pleased with how these ladies do my hair. However today I was very disappointed. I spoke to Patsy on 6/2 and was very surprised and happy that she could get me in for my first haircut since the end of February! I was told to be there today (6/3) at noon. I arrived a few minutes before that time and found the shop closed and dark. I waited umtil about 6 minutes after noon and no one came. In ordinary times I would have shrugged this off and gone over to Great Clips. But you just can’t walk in anywhere right now because of the virus. I don’t know what happened, there was no sign up explaining why no one was there to wait on me. I asked the Walmart greeter but he had no clue as to why no one was there. There was a sign that said they were supposed to be open from 7:30 a.m. I’m only giving this review a single star only because the website won’t let me post without at least one evidently.I’m usually very pleased with how these ladies do my hair. I’m usually very pleased with how these ladies do my hair. However today I was very disappointed. I spoke to Patsy on 6/2 and was very surprised and happy that she could get me in for my first haircut since the end of February! I was told to be there today (6/3) at noon. Critical: Quality, ValueYou should be ashamed of yourselves charging $21 for a haircut. None of you that work there are worth $21 for a haircut. I just had my son come back from there 5 minutes after sitting in the chair looking like a weed eater hit his head. Do you people take pride in your work at all? You should be ashamed of yourselves charging $21 for a haircut. None of you that work there are worth $21 for a haircut. I just had my son come back from there 5 minutes after sitting in the chair looking like a weed eater hit his head. Do you people take pride in your work at all?
