We stopped in to get my daughters hair trimmed. During the appt she asked if they could do an updo for homecoming. My daughter showed them a picture and they stated that they could do it. I called to make an appointment and again explained what she wanted. The day of the appt my best friend took my daughter up because I had to work. Tracy was the stylist who they stated could do the updo. My daughter was told that she could not do the hairstyle that she had shown them so she was flexible and went so far as to ask for a simple bun. Tracy was rude and very condescending and the end result was that my daughter left and her hair was not done. I called to talk to Tracy and she immediately got loud with me over the phone and kept talking over me. Very rude and unprofessional.
