Benton is a wonderful hair dresser! Always friendly and imforative. He takes time to answer questions and explain what the process of color or even after care. I back him up 100% and tell my friends! I dont want to put the other persons name out there but when I called she was RUDE! I called to ask if my hair needed to be wet or dry. She responded DRY. To get there and have to be washed and dryed anyway. Also i was charged 20 dollar extra for the length. 10 for each. Full color on bottom and full highlights on top. The sign said Color, Cut, and style for X amount. I was charged for all 3 in the “combo” twice. So I paid for 2 cuts and 2 styles. I didn’t even get. I think they should have pricing just for color. I do have to go get my highlights touched up I paid 150 and i have not been noticed.. Meaning I wanted to be blonde again…. I have a few streaks on the sides…NONE ON TOP!. I just called and they are going to fix it. The nice on answered thank God. The other person answering the phone while I was there she was very short with the customer on phone rolling her eyes huffing and puffing. Got aggervated when the woman said one time.. Then changed it agian.. It was not that big of a deal the woman was trying to schedule around her schedule. All I know is if they would of have me how long my hair was and when I washed it last it would have saved me money and time. My appointment was 230. Got started around 3..was there for overall 4+ hours. Some people just dont have people skills hers attitude SUCKS

Benton is FANTASTIC! Went in a while ago, had a corrective color done. Took atleast 5 hours, he managed to get the blue out of my hair, without damaging it, and color it a cinnamon red color. Also just had a recent color melt done. For some reason, the color for my roots to the middle of my hair didn’t take as well as we planned. He was very considerate, and told me he’d redo it for free. Might I add his shampoo’s are to die for. He even massages your neck… you’ll absolutely fall asleep in the chair. Lol.

Just went in to ask for a simple hair cut. It’s 7:30pm. Yes I know they close at 8pm, but in all the smart styles that I’ve been in at 7:30pm I have never been turned away especially when the girl is just sitting there gabbing with another customer. I asked do you have time for a hair cut she said “no as you can see we close at 8” and I’m the only one here then she proceeded to ask if I wanted to make an appointment and I said nope and walked out and the reason I didn’t make an appointment is cause I will not be returning to such rude tone in her voice.
