Other experiences have all been great; then I met Tammy (that’s the name she told me). She must have been having a rough day; the only stylist there. I made a Noon appointment but arrived at 12:02; my fault. She seated someone else; fortunately I had my IPhone. Twenty minutes later, she’s choking with the bib. Tammy said it was the last one and I couldn’t get my hair cut without it and then figured out that it could be tucked in my shirt. When it came to the beard cut, Tammy didn’t change to the beard guard and took half my beard off in seconds. I told her to take the rest off after this but to stop at the mustache; she did and didn’t charge. I was glad to get out of there. Don’t let someone cut your hair if they are having a bad day! Other staff members are great. Very bad experience.

I am in my 70’s and have had lots of haircuts in my lifetime, some good and some not so much, but for several years I have gone to this location and have never been disappointed. Natalie, who also happens to be the manager, consistently cuts my hair the way I like it, is always professional, and unquestionably knows what she is doing. Her opinions and recommendations are worthy of trust. When they are busy there might be a short wait but that is not unusual for a business such as this. To me it shows that each customer is given the best possible service and not simply rushed through as if on an assembly line. One of the best things that ever happened to me was when I wandered into this salon for the first time. I am a happy client and would recommend Natalie and her staff to anyone.

Purchased a hair product from one of these smart style salon’s that was supposed to be refundable at Any smart style salon. I didn’t even open the product but when i went to rerurn it at this salon, not only would they not do the return, the lady could not seem to understand a thing I said to her. And that was after waiting 25 minutes for the manager that never showed up.

Not happy at all. Made an appointment online, then waited 20 minutes at the desk before I was asked if I could be helped. When I explained I had made an appointment for a shampoo and trim, she said she had two colors to do before she could get to me. Why make an appointment then? Better yet, why accept an appointment that you can’t honor?!? A foolish waste of my time!

I made an appointment I showed up and let them know I was there for my appointment. I did not get my name but she was a larger black woman ( I can only describe her because she would not give me her name) was eating food while speaking to me licking her fingers. Telling me I’m not doing her hair(perm) another lady took me back to her chair started blowing hair all over the place and said it was from the little boys hair she cut earlier. She took some hair off me for a strand test asked the lady that was up front eating of that was enough. When the test was 7 minutes into it she took it up front to show the lady (still eating) she said no way we are not doing it. In not being responsible very loud and nasty like I asked who her manager was she said I don’t need no numbers she is the manager we need up causing a scene in Walmart because of her loud mouth over my hair. First time about 8 years ago they burnt my neck so bad it was nasty. I decided to try one more time. Never again will I go back I would rather pay 200 to someone that is professional and knows what they are doing than to pay 65.00 to someone that don’t. Very unprofessional!!!

I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to talk to me about the services I wanted then they wanted to charge me double the price of what a salon could and told it would take 4 session to get my hair the way I wanted so I will go to my normal hairdresser. So rude customer service and outrageous prices equals not this customer good luck
