I’ve been going here since moving to the area from Columbus in 2016. My stylist, Faydra, is the only person in the world I trust to do my eyebrows and I always love what she does with my hair. Service is always friendly, and I always leave feeling happy with the results. Sometimes there is a wait, but they’re good about giving a realistic wait time. If you call ahead and get an appointment it’s a non-issue. I’m not the biggest fan of Salem Walmart to be honest, but it’s worth it for this place!

I’ve been going to Faydra for years! I’d follow her anywhere. She’s friendly and always takes the time to make sure she knows exactly the cut & color I want before getting started. This salon is one of the few places that listens to their customers and, when the company went with a different wax for eyebrows that didn’t work out right, they went back to the right kind that did. The girls at this shop really know what customer service is about and it shows!
