I loved the haircuts. But I got overcharged. $24 for me and then $24 for each of my two boys ? We didn’t get a shampoo and my email reciept says shampoos and cut for each person( 3ppl). No, we never got shampoos. Her name was Jennifer, I believe. I wanted to come back, but not being overcharged. That’s not nice. I will be at the store tomorrow. Just wow. Plus it’s back to school, there was a sign… so shouldn’t I have gotten the deal ? Oh my…I’m so angry right now. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair but no no….too much overcharged on my card, $98 something ( I even gave her a tip 12 something) Plus the conditioner was $15 something and my reciept is saying $16 something, something….this isn’t adding up to me. How can she overcharge me like this ? It would have gotten 5 stars had I not been overcharged!

So I thought about giving Walmart a shot for highlighting my hair because on the website it says that highlights START at$80 so I thought for my hair which is shoulder length btw shouldn’t be but maybe 40 more or even $60.., but when I got there the lady told me what my total would be I almost felt like I was being held up or something…$210 is absolutely crazy. After she told me that I realized then why there was no customers…I politely refused and went on about my day. Smart style salon should be ashamed. An I hope ppl who are paying this kind of money will go else where because I’ve been getting my hair down for 30 years every 2 months and the most I ever had to pay was $160. So I’m sure not giving walmart $50 more when I feel like I was taking a chance on them to begin with.

The manager Ashley is AMAZING! Fixed a chop job and gave it more style then I’ve ever had. Also my eyebrows have been done poorly for years bc “that’s all that could be done” but this woman made me feel wonderful! Also I took my son is for a hair do… I cannot tell you how amazing he looked! Look just go! Check it out and you’ll see for yourself. They listen and actually do what you want!

We have been trying to get my husband’s hair cut for over a week. He has waited 2 hrs 2 different times just to come home with no haircut. If they are fully booked why not tell someone and not waste their time. Smh I definitely will never be going back. Its a shame we have been going for years.
