I went here twice and got exceptional service with hair cut and color… However, the last 2 times I booked appointments, I either got a phone call in the parking lot canceling due to a walk-in or they were closed early and didn’t bother calling me at all to cancel. I do like the stylists I’ve worked with, but it just seems they’re scattered all over.

She gave a couple of great tips for my hair, which I’ve never heard before. I’m surprised no stylist has ever mentioned these common sense, helpful, and interesting tips. In addition, she did an excellent job on mine and my daughter’s haircuts. BrendaLee was a fantastic stylist and offered superb customer service. She gave a couple of great tips for my hair, which I’ve never heard before. I’m surprised no stylist has ever mentioned these common sense, helpful, and interesting tips. In addition, she did an excellent job on mine and my daughter’s haircuts. We really appreciate her service and highly recommend her, even above so many of the more expensive salons we’ve been to!

Had my hair cut by Jackie. She was super nice and made great suggestions on how to cut/style my super fine hair so it looks healthy and full. I’m not sure what magic she worked, but my hair was super soft for days after the cut. Very happy with my cut!

Highly disappointed with the service.I had an appointment for hair color at 3 PM on Sunday, November 11. I walked in exactly at 3 and there were just 2 specialist. The one assigned to be seemed to be very new and was assisted by the other one. I asked them to match the color of my hair and do the same. They were not able to match the color. To my knowledge, looking at the color, a specialist should be able to recognize the shade but instead both of them asked me if i’d color my hair before in the salon and checked for the chemical records. When they couldn’t find one, i told them i want darker brown shade which would look more of black. Still they couldn’t find and instead asked me. When i chose one and asked them if that was the same color I wanted, they said “Yes but with a red hue”. So all of these took an hour. And they started coloring my hair at 4 exactly when my husband was scheduled for a hair cut. I have a 9 months old baby. So, i asked them the exact time of service so that my husband can watch the baby and can come in once I’m done. The specialist doesn’t seem to have colored anyone’e hair before and was looking for assistance. She applied color all over my forehead and back of the neck. To my knowledge, the solution to remove color from the skin should be applied immediately after the application but instead she tried to remove that after washing my hair. The hair was not washed properly and I had a thick coating of color towards the back. I also had a hair cut where i wanted to remove the dead ends. I know I had an inch shortened but the dead ends are as “it is”. And when i looked at the time , it was 6.40 PM. Such a wrong estimate. I spent almost 4 hours in the salon, paying a huge amount of $90 because of the length of my hair and this is what I get. And when i called them next day to have them redo everything, they just took the number and never called me back. Extremely bad service.

I went in for permanent hair straightening. I asked them if they do it. They said yes and it will be hair relaxing. I took appointment and I was asked to come with washed hair. When I reached there the stylist said you should not have washed hair. She hardly spent 1.5 hr on my hair and they are not even 10% straight after washing. She even gave me burnt marks on forehead hairline. No instructions on aftercare. My hair are same the very next day. Extremely pathetic service. I am very disappointed.
