Critical: PunctualityI’ve used this salon for years and when I went today for a walk in like I always do I was informed that they were booked until 1PM and I need to make an appointment. I was there at 9AM which is the opening time and no one else was there except the stylist and me. I’ve used this salon for years and when I went today for a walk in like I always do I was informed that they were booked until 1PM and I need to make an appointment. I was there at 9AM which is the opening time and no one else was there except the stylist and me. The stylist was a woman I’ve never seen there before and I’m not sure if I was just being given the brush off. 9AM and the lights weren’t on in the salon even though the gate was open.

I had been a long customer of this salon but I will never have my hair cut here again. My last hair cut was cut so uneven that when I went somewhere else the stylist thought she may not be able to fix it all in one sitting. It seemed like when some people quit working there that the service began to suffer. My mom went there a few weeks before me and she asked for a cut, wash and style and was told they could do it but when she went for the hair cut she was told they could just cut her now that the styist had to curl another customer’s hair and it takes her a long time to do it. So my mom only got the cut and not what she wanted. I will only get my eye brows done here now.

Took my granddaughter there to get hair cut. Very disappointed with the stylist and her lack of professionalism! Requested shampoo, cut and style. Cost me 25.95. First, stylist worked soooooo slow combing her hair from top to bottom. Didn’t even section her hair to get tangles out. Then did not section off her hair when cutting. Combed from top of head to nape of neck and made one cut. Continued around head doing exact same thing. Did not even ck to see if sides were even. Began to blow dry her hair. Never used a round brush or any other, just her fingers. Showed my granddaughter her hair, she is 10 and liked the length. Told her she was done. After we walked out, I felt her hair, and the back was still very wet! I am a retired hairdresser and was an instructor for 10 years! I never sent a client out or permitted my students to send someone out the door like this!! I will NEVER return to this shop again!! What a RIP off! Shame on this stylist! The only reason I didn’t say anything at the time, was my granddaughter loved the length.

My fiance and I have never gotten a good cut. My last trim the girl cut like 1/8 of an inch of hair off and didn’t touch my layers. She also cut it dry. I paid and left because I was afraid that if I asked for it to be fixed it would get worse. My fiance has had to have his last three cuts corrected and also doesn’t complain for fear of having to shave his head after the correction.

Just waited an 1 hr 42 mins after being quoted an hour wait time for a eyebrow wax and haircut…. then only had enough time for an eyebrow wax and she tells me “I’m not licensed to do that” after I observed her pacing the floor on her phone while the other two were servicing other customers. So unprofessional and I wouldn’t even rate a one star for this day.
