Stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally a blonde with 80s rocker hair looked at me. I asked if I could get a cut. She was very rude as she told me it would take 1hour and 20 minutes then she would be with me. She didn’t ask my name and acted like I offended her by waiting at the counter. The girls in this salon are always very friendly and helpful. I was shocked smartstyle would hire someone so unprofessional.
