Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAwful experience. I have waited over a year to get my hair done (playing it safe through Covid). I paid well over $120 for a loose spiral perm and did not get what I asked for. Not only was my hair damaged, but the bottom half of my hair is almost straight, no curl at all. Plus the stylist cut off 3″ that I did not ask her to do (That I can get past, hair grows). When I asked to speak with the manager’s manager, I was blown off as if I didn’t matter. They would not even entertain my request of getting a partial refund (I offered to pay for the product used). The stylist then blamed my hair for the issues. My hair was perfectly healthy before she touched it. I am sure the “professionals” that work there think they know what they’re doing, as long as it is a simple cut and dye. When I go somewhere for a service, I expect that service to be done satisfactorily. If you can’t or don’t know how to do what is asked, have enough decency to say so, don’t pretend. And be more professional. I was insulted by the girl pretending to know how to style hair. She called my red copper hair not natural even as she herself had obvious Ariel red dye in hers. Awful experience. I have waited over a year to get my hair done (playing it safe through Covid). I paid well over $120 for a loose spiral perm and did not get what I asked for.
