I found out that the online booking system does not take into account any appointments that the stylists may already have, so don’t be surprised if there is a wait. She did an amazing job on my son’s hair and his eyebrows, and was very sweet even though she was rushed off of her feet. The service has been wonderful there both times I’ve gone. I usually don’t like going to chain salons, but I’ll make an exception for this one.

2 people working there & nobody in front of me – neither one wanted to cut my hair. I finally get in the chair & explained in detail – how wanted it cut with the clippers & what guard to use. She puts the wrong guard on & starts shaving the back of my head. I stopped her & asked what guard she had on it – she said 1/4 inch. I asked for a 1/2 inch & a 1/4 on the sides. She said this is how she cuts people’s hair! I told her my head will burn. Went to pay the bill & the credit card machine wasn’t working!! No discount for messing my hair up – but she kept asking for a tip!!!! 20 minutes later – finally got a receipt. I will NEVER go back to this location!!! Horrible customer service!!!
