Critical: QualityIf I could rate 0 stars I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. My boyfriend and I walked in for him to get his hair cut. He wanted it shaved on the sides and trimmed ONE inch on the top. The lady shaved off MOST of his hair and left it long in the front like bangs. It looks all choppy and extremely thin. She cut all the volume in his hair out. My sister had also went here a couple of weeks ago to get her hair cut. She wanted shoulder length hair and the lady cut off only two inches off. My sister wanted more than two inches off and the total spent was around 20 dollars something I could’ve done at home. Anyways my boyfriend’s hair looks like a 7 year old child done his hair for the total he paid for to be $20.97.If I could rate 0 stars I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment via the online system for 7:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. (I know that’s late but I had no other time or place to get my hair cut). They are open until 8 so I knew I was pushing it anyway. I showed up at 7:20 to check in and see if I could get started early. When I got there the doors were already shut and locked so I called and asked if they were still open because I had an appointment. Kate (the hair stylist with whom my appointment was with, and the only person working) informed me that she closed the store down at 7 and asked what I needed. I told her I just needed a hair cut, no wash, no blow dry, and no style. She told me I was going to have to come back even though I had an appointment , and when I told her I live 2 hours away she questioned why I was even there in the first place, and then pretty much told me tough luck to go somewhere else. I have never been so disappointed. I know it was late but if they’re open until 8 then they need to be open until late, and if they’re closing early they need to shut down the online appointment system, or at the very least not confirm the appointment and call and let people know they can’t be seen. I scheduled an appointment via the online system for 7:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. (I know that’s late but I had no other time or place to get my hair cut). They are open until 8 so I knew I was pushing it anyway. I showed up at 7:20 to check in and see if I could get started early.
