They are pretty good!! However, I highly recommend that you call to confirm your appointment, whether you set it up by phone or online. I had 2 appointments scheduled; each time, I never got a call to say your stylist is out today, so your appointment has to be canceled. I only found out when we went for our appointment.

Yesterday, Mary cut my hair, and let me tell you, she did an amazing job! Before she cut anything at all, she asked me if it was alright. Not many stylists do that! Most, take liberties with your hair, but she absolutely did not! I went back today, and Sarah colored my hair! She did exactly what I wanted! I am in love with my new color! And my hair was not an easy task! I had about 3 different colors going on, where I had been coloring it myself lol plus I had gray. I now have dark undertones, with blonde highlights perfectly blended! I have natural copper highlights that she was able to keep from showing through! I’ve never had anyone be able to keep my hair from having at least some copper in it, besides my mom, and unfortunately, she’s gone now. But now that I know that she can get the job done, she will be my go-to from now on! And both ladies are very friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies!

I booked an appointment online a few minutes after 6:30pm, they close at 8:00pm.. I did walk past the salon and definitely not too busy. I went back to my car and waited. I then received a phone call from the person working. She said she couldn’t fit me in… She wasn’t sure why the computer let me schedule an appointment and it gave me a 50 minute wait time. Which I would of been done and there would still be close to a half hour before their closing time. All I was going to need was a trim, no joke a little less than a half inch that’s it! I didn’t request a shampoo, I wash my hair before I get my hair cut, that way it’s already the way I wear my hair. Just a trim, maybe would of took 10 mins to do. So I decided to walk back by the salon and what do I notice?…a walk-in customer! My guess is she wanted to get out of work and didn’t want to actually do what she choose as her job.. I’m pretty sure that if a name like Martha or Janet,etc would have shown up on the online sign in she would of got the service that she requested.

I had my hair highlighted and cut there five years ago by Jamie and it was the best I think my hair ever looked!! I happened to be in Mt Vernon again over thanksgiving and my sister in law had told me Jamie was still there!’ I went in and Jamie was off but Whitney (who has been there almost as long) went through the trouble (without me even asking) of looking up the exact cut and highlight that was done 5 years ago She did an amazing job and had made me feel like I was the most important customer she had there!! Just wanted to say if ur unsure about how well they can do hair ?! I PROMISE you they’ll do an amazing job and I highly recommend them!!! Thanks so very much to Jamie ( for the fantastic job 5yrs ago) and Whitney ( for pulling off the same awesome job the second time) You ladies are great!!
