First of all , they got me scheduled within hours ,as I needed an appointment spontaneously. Sandy was so friendly and helpful from the time I called to schedule to completing my hair . She was able to achieve the blonde level in my highlights I envisioned (thanks for using Blonde AF), was perfect at keeping my length and took some extra time to give my hair a few hair tinsels aka fairy hair . I am so glad to find this hidden gem . Look forward to many more appointments. All the gals were friendly and attentive. Great job Ladies

jus moved to central Ohio in April were I lived before I had the same barber for a decade but if you want a great hair cut with little wait go here and ask for Sandy she does a hell of a job I’d recommend her to anybody and she’s great good conversation and even better personality

Oh where do I begin. Bluntly put. I did not walk out with anything I asked for. Sandy was my stylist. I have thick curly hair. It had been coming up on a year sonce anything was done. So it was definitely time. Upon meeting Sandy, hearing she owned her own salon for 15 years. Moved to ohio bc of her husband’s job, I thought I was in good hands. Boy was I wrong. I told her I would like it shorter, but not to short bc I pull it back alot. I STRESSED THIS. I also asked her for my long layers to be touched up and for it to be thinned out alittle.Well I can barely pull it back, I have to use bobby pins. The layers…I have none bc it is so short. My curl has become a wave. I contacted smartstyle customer care to give them a chance to do something to “make it right”,with no response in return.
