Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a booking to get my hair done for a very special occasion! I booked the appointment online I was getting total 4 different thing done to my hair I got a phone call 15 mins before time THERE SYSTEM WAS DOWN (NOT MY FAULT) and now cant do my hair, I asked about just a cut NO! I got off the phone because one of the happiest days of my life was turning into a nightmare! I asked for district phone number (jasmine), I guess the girl at the salon called her when I asked for her number because she told me (manger) she called (to get there story together) you knew you messed up and wanted to cover your behinds. So THANK YOU for my COLOR, HAIR CUT,SHAMPOO and STYLE I was schedule to get but you took your walkins! YOU ALL RUNT mY DAY THANK YOU! Advice for anyone wanting to go here or schedule a appointment DONT! Call me I’ll tell ya all about em! They runt my day SO I’m gonna tell everyone about how they will do a customer and everyone about how you runt the most important day of my life! Critical: Quality, ValueHad a bit of an inkling that I wasn’t gonna like it Bc it was too short so I went home, dried and straightend it and it looks nothing to what I wanted.
