Critical: ProfessionalismI called about 30 minutes previous to arrival. I just wanted my hair dried, I am outta town, hate drying my hair. . It was still going to be 20 minutes at least. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent there about 6:30 they was dying a ladys hair and said they are closed at 6. I tood them it says 7 but no big deal will go somwwhere else. They just really need to get there buisness together if it says 7 but you just dont want another customer then why is it advertised at 7? I just will never recomend this company to anyone.

I walked in at 5 and she turned me away because she had one gentleman in front of me and they close at 7? Very confused I could understand if there was a woman getting her hair colored or somthing? But cutting a mans hair doesn’t take 2 hours and if it does I’d think a change of careers is a good idea? If your employees don’t want to work don’t hire them they are making your business look bad!

This is a horrible place to get haircuts and EYEBROWS done. The lady who did my eyebrows asked me if I wanted them just “cleaned” up and I have thick eyebrows and I love them. I thought she was just going to wax the edges and such but NO she took off almost all of my eyebrow. They are definitely Sperm eyebrows. And when she cut my hair she didn’t do what I asked.
