I have been coming to see Celeste at Smart Style for almost 10 years. Today, I called to try to book an appointment with her to find out she is no longer there. Celeste was one of the best hair dressers there who actually knows what she’s doing when it comes to coloring and hair styles. Not only was she one of the more advanced ones, she actually cares about you as a person and you’re not just another customer in her chair. This smart style is only hurting themselves by not having here there and I will not step foot into another one.

Why and I getting texted messages from the manager offering me discounts to come see her, Pippa I believe her name was when I have not been in that salon since last year when my stylist left? I did not give my permission for my personal info to be used in such a manner. I never approved getting text. Is your business struggling that badly? Went today for a simple trim. Made the appointment 2 days ago. My name wasn’t on the books. Okay one mistake. She didn’t have anybody booked for the rest of the afternoon she was just going to run behind, and didn’t offer to cut my hair after she got caught up. Let me walk out no customers in the seat. The only reason this place didn’t get 5 stars is because it’s pretty expensive. However with that being said Pam who colored my hair did a wonderful job and Theresa who cut and colored my son’s did amazing as well! We are so happy with the service & how friendly they both were. My wife showed to the lady the photo she wants for her hairstyle but the lady did not do a good job. It is far from the photo and my wife was so mad they ruined her hair. The lady was so rude so, we did not give her a tip and she already ruined my wife’s hair. I don’t recommend this salon at Walmart Fort Mitchel.

Very under appreciated hair salon. The price for a haircut is so good that I can actually buy the products they use and still get it for maybe $20. I always try to make an appointment by calling in advance because they get really busy and you don’t want to walk in only to be told there is a 30 min wait for even an hour wait. The service is great too, just make sure you have a photo of what you want and make sure to be as honest and detailed as you can so they can work with you and give you want to it want.
