0 stars if possible. Purchased a $32 can of hairspray (the brand I always use) and when I used it for the first time I noticed that it produced a very foul smell. I took it back with the receipt the following day and told the person working there, which happened to be the lady that sold it to me what I was experiencing and asked if I could swap it out for a different can of hairspray (same kind….brand and price). Mind you that I had barely used any of it as it almost made me nauseous when I sprayed it! I have used this hairspray for several years now and always liked the smell. But something was obviously wrong with this can. I’ve never had any of this hairspray to smell bad. She would NOT switch it out for me and said the receipt said all sales were final. So I’m stuck with this foul smelling hairspray that makes me nauseous when I spray it. I think she could’ve easily helped me out given the circumstances but she didn’t. Btw, when I went in, she was sleeping at the desk with her lunch in front of her. Maybe I shouldn’t have interrupted her nap time and she would’ve been more helpful. ♀️ Needless to say, I am a little upset.

I went in to have my hair colored and cut. At the beginning of the session we discussed come photos and came to an understanding of what I wanted. After 5 1/2 hours, my hair was ruined. I came in blonde, just hoping to have my roots match and at the end our treatment all of my hair was darker. We had also discussed me having long bangs, and only trimming the center (I was trying to grow them out to be wispier) to which she cut straight across and widened them. Both stylist were kind and accommodating, but I can’t recommend them if you have a specific idea of what you want to look like. Could be a good place to just go in for a trim.

Margaret Zornes is AMAZING! I cannot recommend her enough. My hair is super long, I have a history of using box dye, and it’s very frizzy, but she still worked magic on my hair today. It looks exactly how I wanted it to look. She is very detailed at what she does and truly puts in so much effort to make you leave happy. I am so thankful for her service today!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair bleached and dyed purple here one day, I went in to get it done blue and the lady said they couldn’t do that because of the color my hair was, she even insulted my hair color, another lady insulted my moms eyebrows and tried to pressure her into getting them dyed and waxed. The last time I came, they double charged me for an eyebrow wax because they said their card machine wasn’t working and made me swipe my card another time. If i could rate a zero star i would. This place charged me over 80 bucks and didnt even change the color of my hair. I wanted to go f4om light brown to blonde and the stylist Laura aparently didnt know what bleach was cause you couldnt wven tell ahe had done anything. And my hair lifts super good! So i know if she had done it right then i wouldve been blonde. But ended up having to go to someone else a couple weeks later to get what i wanted. For much less.
